|Do you ship to my country?|
|Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.|
|What method of shipping do you use and what are your policies?|
|Orders to international addresses are sent via Priority Mail International with the US Postal Service.
This service is not trackable and not guaranteed for a set delivery date due to delays in customs or within your local postal service.
The standard shipping time to most countries is 2-4 weeks
There is no insurance on this method, and we do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages.
If you are waiting to receive an order shipped via Priority Mail International with the US Postal Service and 4 weeks time has passed since you received your email notification of shipment, we strongly suggest that you contact your local post office to see if they are holding the package there for you for pick up.

Please check your address before you complete your purchase. We will ship to the address specified on your receipt.
