Ordering

  • To Place an Order

Orders can be placed through our website 24/7. If you have any trouble, please email us or send us a message and we will be happy to help.

  • Payment

All prices are stated in USD and the following payment methods are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal

  • Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to California.

  • Request to Change or Cancel You Order After it is Placed

We process orders very quickly in order to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, we usually cannot change or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us to let us know ASAP.

When placing an order on ShopLLAP.com, Please check your address before you complete your purchase. We will ship to the address specified on your receipt.

  •  eGift Cards

eGift Cards are sent via email to the address you supplied in your order's notes section. The recipient will receive their eGift Card within 48 hours at most. You will also receive a confirmation email. If the recipient does not receive the eGift Card, instruct the recipient to check e-mail as well as any SPAM folders or automatic filters. If the gift card does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us for assistance.

Please note that eGift Cards do not expire. Once the eGift Card has been e-mailed, it is non-refundable.

  • If You Order Something That is Out-Of-Stock

Occasionally an order containing an out-of-stock item will slip through the cracks. If this happens to you, we'll remove the item from your order and refund you for the items that we can't ship. We will also send you an email letting you know.

  • The Product You Want is Out of Stock

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item is unavailable. In this case, please feel free to email us or send us a message here about your interest in our products and we'll notify you by email the date the item is expected back in stock.

  •  Promotion Codes

To use a promotion code, add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to Check Out. Review your cart and enter the coupon code you wish to apply to your order. After submitting the code, you will receive verification when it has been applied. Only one code can be used per order.

  • If You Have Trouble with Your Credit Card or Payment Info

Your card might be declined for various reasons. Please check to make sure that the name and address entered in the "Billing Information" field are entered exactly as this information appears on the statements you receive from the issuing bank or financial institution. Also, confirm that the credit card number, expiration date and card verification number are correct. If this doesn't work, please contact your issuing bank or financial institution to verify your information, and make sure there are no holds placed on your account. 

 

International Orders

We ship to most countries outside the U.S. and try to offer the most reasonable shipping rates possible. In the shopping cart you'll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. If you don’t see your country listed and are interested in placing an order, please email info@shopllap.com and we will be happy to assist you.

  •  Customs Fees

All orders shipped outside the United States may be assessed customs fees by the government of the destination country. The shipping fees we charge for your order do not include custom fees. If you're unsure of your country's laws and policies regarding customs fees, please contact your local customs office. We strongly recommend you familiarize yourself with the customs charges in your country before you place an order.

We are prohibited by law from declaring ordered merchandise as "Gift" on customs forms.  Shop LLAP is not responsible for any duty/tax charges you may incur at the time of receipt of your order. 

 

Processing and Shipping

  • Order Processing

Orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days and in some cases, longer. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

  • Shipping Methods

We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail for both U.S. and international orders. Delivery charges are calculated depending on the shipping method and package value. Please refer to your order form for exact shipping charges, as they are calculated once an item is added to your cart.

  •  U.S. Shipping Delivery Times

USPS First Class - After processing, 3-5 business days for delivery.

USPS Priority - After processing, 1-3 business days for delivery

Military orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound and outbound processing.

 If you are waiting to receive your order and 4 weeks time has passed since you received your email notification of shipment, we strongly suggest that you contact your local post office to see if they are holding the package there for you for pick up.

  • International Shipping Delivery Times

USPS First Class and Priority International - After processing, 2-4 weeks, although sometimes it can take longer due to delays in customs. International and military orders may experience delays in shipping due to inbound and outbound processing.

There is no insurance on this method, and we do not refund for lost/unclaimed/undeliverable packages. 

Please check your address before you complete your purchase. We will ship to the address specified on your receipt.

  • If You Have Not Received Your Order Yet 

If you are waiting to receive your order and 4 weeks time has passed since you received your email notification of shipment, we strongly suggest that you contact your local post office to see if they are holding the package there for you for pick up.

  • Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Shop LLAP due to an incorrect address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Shop LLAP is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Return Policy

We accept returns on all clothing within 30 days of purchase for store credit or an exchange. Note that the shipping fee is not refundable. To process a return or exchange just drop a line to our Customer Service team via the Contact Us form, and we will respond with instructions. Please keep in mind that you must be able to provide us with a tracking number as proof of your return shipment. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
