Baked Fresh by Dani and Her Mom, Julie Nimoy
Julie Nimoy is an accomplished chef and baker who received her degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Los Angeles. She served as the house baker at a family-owned deli in Los Angeles, where she crafted delicious desserts and treats for many years.
Julie felt her most significant sense of achievement when her father, Leonard Nimoy, praised her desserts. He was her biggest fan and particularly enjoyed her chocolate cake and cookies, especially her chocolate chip mandelbrot!
In tribute to Leonard and his sweet tooth, Julie and Dani are delighted to share Julie's special vanilla shortbread cookies.
